We value your privacy and provide an option to request account and data deletion associated with the AiDa Nena app.

How to request account deletion?
- Send an email to support@nenadevelopment.com with the following details:
- Your email address used during registration.
- Your password
- The reason for account deletion (optional).
- We will process your request within 30 days. After this period, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.
What data will be deleted?

- Profile data (name, email, avatar, and personal information).
- Information about date, time, and place of birth used in the app.
- Location data (if collected), including GPS coordinates related to your app usage.
- Personal journal entries, test results, and other account-related content.
- Password and access to the account.
- Settings and actions performed in the app.
What data may be retained?
- Anonymized data required for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records).
- Such data is retained for up to 12 months, as required by data protection laws.
